To help maintain exceptional service standards I have implemented the following cancellation policy: I require at least 48 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will incur 50% of the scheduled service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
